Alteration Online Services

Choose the alteration service required from our extensive list. If you have a special request, contact us by phone or email for advice and quotations.

Enter the required measurements and/or instructions in the relevant boxes. All measurements should follow our how to measure guide. Please watch our guide video.

Go to the check out and make your payment, not forgetting to print off your receipt. If you do not have access to a printer, we accept handwritten receipts (include the required measurements, instructions, your name, returnaddress and contact number).

If you are sending in more than one item, pin your instructions to each item. We recommend using recorded (signed for) delivery. If your garment cost more than £50.00 we recommend using special delivery. If you wish to use this special delivery on return postage please contact us.

The turnaround and dispatch date of the order may vary from time to time depending on order volumes.

We will try our best to return your garment within 7 to 10 working days. More complicated alterations, in particular items that need special haberdashery, may take longer. We will contact you if this is the case.

All garments are sent back to your PayPal address, or the address entered at the checkout process.

If you wish to have the parcel sent to a different address, please make this clear in the “note to seller” box on the PayPal checkout, or email us as soon as you have made your payment.
